Day 1: Arrival at Oslo

  Upon arrival in Oslo, you will be privately transferred to Comfort Hotel Grand Central for check-in. The rest of the day is free for leisure. In the evening, you will be transferred to an Indian restaurant for dinner. The day will end with an overnight stay at Comfort Hotel Grand Central.

Day 2: Oslo City Tour

  After breakfast, you will embark on a half-day guided city tour, visiting the Viking Ship Museum, which houses well-preserved Viking artifacts. After the tour, you will have lunch at an Indian restaurant, followed by a transfer back to the hotel.

In the evening, you will be transferred to Benares Indian Restaurant for dinner before returning to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 3: Oslo to Kirkenes

  After an early breakfast, you will check out and transfer to the Oslo airport for a domestic flight to Kirkenes. Upon arrival, you will transfer to Scandic Hotel Kirkenes, where you will have lunch and dinner featuring local cuisine. The day will end with an overnight stay at Scandic Hotel Kirkenes.

Day 4: Kirkenes – Snowhotel Experience

  After breakfast and check-out, you will transfer to the Snowhotel for a once-in-a-lifetime Arctic experience. Upon arrival, you will have lunch, followed by free time to explore the hotel’s ice sculptures and winter activities.

The Snowhotel stay is arranged directly by the client. The day will end with dinner and an overnight stay at the Snowhotel.

Day 5: Kirkenes to Tromsø

  After breakfast, you will transfer to the Kirkenes airport for a flight to Tromsø. Upon arrival, you will transfer to Clarion Collection Hotel Aurora and have lunch at Restaurant Elefant (Indian restaurant).

In the evening, you will embark on a private Northern Lights Tour, lasting 5-7 hours (weather permitting). The experience includes hot beverages, wraps (vegetarian options available), a professional guide, and digital pictures.

The day will conclude with an overnight stay at Clarion Collection Hotel Aurora.

Day 6: Tromsø Island Tour & Arctic Camp Experience

  After breakfast, you will start a 4-hour Tromsø Island Tour, which includes a museum visit, a cable car ride, and lunch at a local restaurant (fish soup with a vegetarian option available).

In the evening, you will visit Arctic Camp, where you will interact with 300 reindeer, experience traditional Sami culture, and enjoy a three-course meal with Sami storytelling and joiking (folk songs). On a clear night, you may witness the Northern Lights.

After the experience, you will return to Clarion Collection Hotel Aurora for an overnight stay.

Day 7: Tromsø to Bergen

  After breakfast, you will check out and have free time to explore Tromsø. Lunch will be at Restaurant Elefant (Indian restaurant) before transferring to the Tromsø airport for a flight to Bergen.

Day 8: Bergen – Scenic Train & Fjord Cruise

After this breathtaking experience, you will return to Bergen and have dinner at an Indian restaurant before an overnight stay at Bergen Harbour Hotel.

Day 9: Bergen to Helsinki

Dinner will be at an Indian restaurant, and you will check into your hotel for an overnight stay in Helsinki.

Day 10: Departure from Helsinki
